Our client, Hackney Council, is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to join the ICT Enterprise Systems TeamAs a Senior Digital Analyst in the ICT Enterprise Systems Team, you will lead on the continuous improvement of a key business critical system - iTrent. The team maintains and develops systems and solutions to meet the needs of local people, businesses and council staff. This includes technology which serves some of our most vulnerable residents. Our mission is to deliver fit for purpose systems and guidance, high standards of accessibility, availability, usefulness and excellent customer service. We are looking to fill a Senior position primarily to support itrent, our HR and payroll system.Your key responsibilities will include:Support, maintain and develop iTrent and Talentlink. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary product team to improve and integrate technology and other systems in a secure and robust mannerSupport users to get full value from digital tools, helping them find the simplest, most secure way of achieving their goals.
