Senior Devops Engineer

We''re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our UK engineering team and play a key role in modernizing our engineering platform and software delivery processes. As the dedicated Platform Engineer supporting our UK product, you''ll work closely with software engineers to build and improve our AWS cloud platform, optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and enhance the overall developer experience This is more than an operational support role. You''ll take ownership of platform improvements, lead automation initiatives, improve release management, and help modernize a legacy application into a scalable, cloud-native AWS environment. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the engineering platform supporting our UK product. Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure. Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins. Improve release management processes through automation, reducing deployment time and manual effort. Partner closely with software engineers to improve developer workflows and delivery practices. Support the modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native AWS services. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, and implement long-term improvements.
