OverviewThe Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you''ll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You''ll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Basic Qualifications
Experience leading teams in a customer-facing role driving customer technical implementations
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate core DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Agile and Automation)
Hands-on experience building CI/CD workflows and using scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Go, PowerShell, etc.)
Understanding of microservices and distributed application architecture
Experience working with and delivering using Agile practices
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor''s or Masters degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
Experience with observability tools and frameworks like CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray, and APM tools
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI platforms (Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS)
Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows
Experience with development and automated testing
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate core DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Agile and Automation)
