Senior Development ValuerLocation: South West, hybridContract: 6-months minimumRate: £450 per daySpencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced Senior Development Valuer to support a busy public sector property team on a contract basis. This is a key role focused on development, disposals, acquisitions, valuations and wider property review work.You will help deliver capital receipt objectives, support feasibility and development activity, and manage a varied caseload across a public sector property portfolio.
