Senior Development Surveyor - Outside IR35

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Development Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This position involves managing and supporting land and property asset disposals, with a specific focus on development management within the highways sector.

• Managing land and property disposal projects directly or through external agents
• Conducting pre-disposal feasibility assessments
• Supporting asset valuations and developmental land disposal activities
• Ensuring effective development management across all assigned projects
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations

• Experience in development management, particularly in the highways sector
• Proficiency in managing land and property disposal projects
• Strong background in asset valuations and development land disposal
• Valid category B driving licence for car use
• Ability to commit to a hybrid working pattern, with in-office attendance in Winchester on Mondays

• Targeted Start Date: 20-07-2026
• Duration: Initially 6 months, with possible extension
• Hours: Up to 37 hours per week; part-time hours considered
