Oversee and deliver multiple development projects from inception through to completion, managing programme, budget, and quality throughout.Take ownership of risk management, reporting, and project governance.Provide senior stakeholders with clear strategic advice and project recommendations.Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and partners.Candidate Profile

8–10 years 27 experience in real estate project management, with exposure to residential, logistics, and ideally office projects.A technical foundation in building surveying or similar.Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of £20m–£50m+ schemes as project lead or employer7s agent.Strong understanding of contract administration (JCT) and end-to-end project delivery.Confident in front of clients, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Previous involvement in early-stage development or feasibility work would be advantageous.Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to take real ownership.This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager seeking a role with genuine influence and scope.
