You would need to have experience of monitoring and managing CIL and Section 106 processes. A planning qualification is desirable but not essential if you have strong practical experience in this area. ### Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage CIL and Section 106 agreements and associated processes. Support the preparation and review of planning policy and housing strategy documents. Develop and maintain planning monitoring systems. Commission and oversee external evidence base studies. Support neighbourhood planning and liaise with key stakeholders. Prepare reports and present to committees and meetings.
