London Senior Development Manager is urgently required for an established, high profile developer building major schemes in London and surrounding areas. This particular role is to Develop Manage a major scheme in East London that consists of over 650 units and 250,000 sqft of commercial space as part of a major Regeneration scheme.This is a complex scheme that contains residents and business to be retained and live in the centre throughout the project. Reporting to the Development Director responsibilities for the role will be to implement the project strategy deal with contract negotiations, manage development aspects to ensure the company fulfills its contractual obligations, ensure project guidelines and goals are met, report and update the senior directors of the business, liaise with all required departments and provide assistance to these to help them work within the restrictions placed on the company, create an environment to drive high performance, allocating work and deadlines to project team members, mentor trainees within the team, lead by exampleThis role will suit an effective Development Manager with extensive design and build experience within residential led mixed use schemes, you will be an accomplished all rounder with the full cycle of skill-set required to excel in this type of position.In return you can expect an excellent salary package coupled with a good bonus scheme and benefits package.
