Central LondonAbout:I am working with an exceptional London-based real estate Investment Management firm, seeking a Development Manager to join their entrepreneurial team.This company specializes in value-add projects primarily in London, with some national locations.Key Duties:Investigate and assess development and major refurbishment opportunities.Conduct feasibility testing and identify options to maximize long-term value.Work closely with internal project and design teams, as well as professional consultants.Oversee and coordinate the production of project briefs, detailed building designs, and key documentation according to project timelines.Ensure implementation of the best sustainability measures.Manage real estate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery.Prepare detailed Development Appraisals for presentation to the Board.Provide direction and review scheme concepts and design development to add value and ensure high standards of design and quality.Lead negotiations involving planning, construction, and third-party interests.Collaborate closely with Investment and Asset Management teams.The Candidate:Proven experience in development for commercial assets.Likely at the Associate or Associate Director level.Experience with Central London office projects is advantageous.MRICS qualification is preferred but not ..... full job details .....
