Central LondonAbout:I am working with an exceptional London office-focused real estate investment management firm, in their search for a Development Manager to join their entrepreneurial team.This company works on exceptional value-add projects in London predominantly, but also in national city locations.Key Duties:Investigation and assessment of development and major refurbishment opportunities.Feasibility testing and identifying options to maximize long-term value.Working closely with the internal project and design team, in addition to professional consultants.Overseeing and coordinating the production of the brief, detailed building design, and key project documentation in accordance with the project timescale.Ensuring the implementation of best sustainability measures.Overseeing real estate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure timely and successful delivery.Producing a detailed Development Appraisal for presentation to the Board.Providing direction and reviewing scheme concepts and design development to add value and ensure the highest standards of design and quality.Leading key negotiations including planning, construction, and third-party interests.Working closely with Investment and Asset Management teams.The Candidate:Established development experience for commercial assets.Likely at the Associate/Associate Director level of experience.Experience with Central London office projects is useful.MRICS qualification is not essential but ..... full job details .....
