Senior Development Finance Analyst

Our client, a leading provider of affordable housing, is seeking a Senior Development Finance Analyst. This is a key finance business partnering role, providing commercial insight, robust reporting and governance across a portfolio of mixed tenure development schemes. The successful candidate will act as the main finance contact for regional Development teams, supporting both private sale and affordable housing programmes and ensuring strong financial control and informed decision making. Key responsibilities: Act as finance business partner assigned regionsBe the first point of contact for all development finance mattersProduce timely and accurate management reporting for your scheme portfolioRepresent Finance at monthly scheme progress meetingsSupport investment appraisals, financial modelling and commercial analysis for new acquisitionsConduct financial due diligence and contribute to investment papersAssess financial and commercial risks, including sensitivity and scenario analysisMonitor finance, tax and control risks across schemesEnsure governance and financial regulations are applied across the development programmeProvide cross regional support where required Key requirements: Qualified Accountant or equivalentStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilityExperience in property development finance, including investment appraisal and financial modellingProven track record of delivering accurate management reportingStrong stakeholder management and ..... full job details .....
