About the Role Reporting to the Group Director of Property and Places, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the development and sustainability agenda for one of London s leading charities. The Senior Development and Sustainability Manager will lead on identifying, developing, and delivering new development opportunities, refurbishment projects, and sustainability initiatives across YMCA St Paul s Group s diverse property portfolio. You ll work collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners to develop low-carbon, energy-efficient solutions, ensuring that all development activity supports the charity s long-term environmental goals, enhances asset performance, and delivers lasting social value.
