About The Role FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Business and Process Analyst to work for our client within the Aviation, Catering and Retail sector. This is initially a 6-12 month contract with the potential to extend and will be a Hybrid role that will be based in London. Our client is seeking an experienced Business and Process Analyst to support the delivery of two strategic transformation programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology partners to analyse and improve business processes, gather and document requirements, support testing activities, and drive the successful adoption of business solutions across multiple workstreams. Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders to capture and define business requirements. Document, manage and maintain functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Develop current-state and future-state business process maps, user journeys and customer experience flows. Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for business, process and system improvements. Support solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are fully understood and incorporated into solutions. Collaborate with operational and technical teams to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
