Senior DeveloperYou will take a central role in shaping the technical direction of bespoke hardware and software solutions that support critical communication infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to lead system design processes and mentor a growing team while working with advanced satellite and network technologies.The essentialsBritish nationality is required due to the nature of the projects.Strong experience with Linux environments specifically Debian or Ubuntu.Proven background in systems development and design.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like BitBucket.Experience with a mix of Python, PHP, ReactJS and NodeJSKey RewardsHealthcare and an annual bonus scheme.Key responsibilitiesLead the design and development of value added services using Agile and Scrum methodologies.Manage and optimise CI/CD pipelines alongside JIRA and BitBucket environments.Oversee the development of in-house products including VoIP platforms and hotspot solutions.Mentor and guide junior members of the development team to ensure high quality output.Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from service teams.Skills and backgroundProficiency in programming languages including Python, PHP, ReactJS and NodeJS.Hands-on experience with database administration using MySQL.Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LANs and WANs.Ability to work with test frameworks such as Pytest, Jest or Cypress.Capacity to produce and maintain ..... full job details .....
