They''ve been trading for more than 20 years in this area with extensive experience in major works design, facade remediation, and restoration to existing buildings- among many other areas.   This client is now looking for a Senior Designer for Glazing to work out of their fantastic Portsmouth office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of glazing design on high quality and technically challenging projects. You''ll be the go-to techincal expert, laising across internal and external teams and consultants to make sure that designs are buildable and compliant, as well as commercially sound.   Day to day, you’ll be:   Leading glazing design packages from early concept through to construction  Reviewing employer’s requirements and technical specs, flagging risks and opportunities  Coordinating closely with estimating, procurement, and commercial teams  Owning and delivering drawings, schedules, and specifications on time and to a high standard  Acting as the main technical contact for clients, architects, main contractors, and regulators  Reviewing and managing subcontract...</description>
