Role Summary Design and develop commercially compelling menswear product, with a specialist focus on casual shirts. Lead and manage Junior Designers, Assistant Designers, and Graduates to deliver elevated product aligned with brand vision and customer expectations. Key accountabilities of the role Supporting the Design Lead to deliver global product direction for casual shirts through seasonal briefs and OTB opportunities. Identify and respond to emerging trends, fabric innovations, and category opportunities. Design and develop product with a consistently high standard of tech packs via PLM, ensuring accuracy and commercial viability. Collaborate with Technical teams to deliver the agreed fabric and innovation strategy, maintaining product integrity and aesthetic.
