Senior Designer, Client Engagement & Communication

Overview

Isio is actively seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our Client Engagement and Communication team. Your role will be working directly with our clients, designing communications on their behalf, for their employees.Senior Designer, Client Engagement and CommunicationKey Roles and Responsibilities

Lead on the creative design and art working of employee and member communicationsDeliver solutions across multiple channels including print, digital, email and videoDevelop relationships with clients and support in client meetingsSupport with training (internal and client) around best practice approachesAbility to work and deliver across our key propositions of DB, DC and RewardAbility to manage own workload within time and budget constraintsAbility to collaborate across teamsDelegate and oversee aspects of delivery to other members of the team and external agenciesIdentify and act on new opportunities for existing clientsAble to identify and support in the development of new ideas and process within IsioProactively seeks to share knowledge across the teamSkills and Experience Required

Extensive knowledge of the UK pensions industry (DC and DB)Creative design and art working skillsHigh level of experience with Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of accessibility requirements for both print and digitalKnowledge of good practice communication approachesWhere is the role?

This position can be based in our Isio offices located in Leeds, London and Manchester. The existing communication team works out of Leeds.We operate on a hybrid basis, offering you the opportunity to work both in the office and from home.
