Senior Design Researcher

Expleo is seeking a Senior Design Researcher to join an innovative team.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned researcher to lead insight-driven projects, shape product experiences, and influence strategic design decisions across multiple vehicle programmes.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you''ll be responsible for planning and delivering research, selecting the most effective methodologies, and transforming findings into actionable customer insights that inform design and business decisions.

Key Experience

• Proven Design Research and/or UX Research experience
• Strong background conducting both digital and in-person research
• Expertise in research planning and methodology selection
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Confident presenting research outcomes, recommendations, and challenging assumptions when appropriate
• Automotive experience beneficial, but not essential

Skills required

• Bachelor''s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent commercial experience
• Automotive, mobility, transportation or consumer technology experience.
• Experience with Dovetail and dscout
• Suitable for individuals comfortable working independently within a mature and fast-paced design environment
