Senior Design Manager , you will:Lead the design process from pre-construction through to delivery on some of the UK’s most secure and technically challenging defence projects.Manage internal teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to achieve uncompromising design quality, compliance, and buildability.Navigate complex MOD protocols, security requirements, and design approvals with confidence.Drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence throughout the design lifecycle.Act as the senior point of contact for both client and project teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.About YouWe’re looking for an accomplished
