Senior Design Manager

We are working with a London based contractor client that focuses on delivering mixed tenure new build housing and recladding remediation works. With an increased workload, there is an immediate need to onboard an experienced Design Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract that can offer extensive exposure to Building Safety Applications and Gateway 2 and can operate autonomously to deliver BSR works. Whilst our client is London based, there is hybrid working with this role with site visits as required.
