The contractor specialises in large education and other public sector work schemes varying in value from £20m - £50m. Due to a number of new large developments, they are looking for a Senior Design Manager to join the team to work on delivering design information for new design and build projects. You will be expected to review the technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers and co-ordinate changes with the Design team (including Structural Engineers, architects and external subcontractors) ensuring best value.
