Senior Design Manager roles and responsibilities Lead and manage the design process across the -130m project from pre-construction through to delivery. Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, specialist subcontractors and supply-chain partners. Ensure design information is delivered on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Lead design reviews, coordination meetings and technical workshops with key stakeholders. Identify and resolve design, technical and coordination issues before they impact the construction programme. Work closely with the Project Director, Commercial, Planning and Construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
