Senior Design Manager

We''re looking for a Senior Design Manager to join our Construction team based in Cambridge Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge Hours: Full time, permanent We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role As a Senior Design Manager, you''ll play a crucial role in leading design processes throughout both pre-construction and delivery phases. Working closely with the Head of Design you''ll manage all aspects of design, while supporting junior team members in their development. This collaborative role requires excellent technical knowledge, strong people management skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities to achieve outstanding project outcomes. What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Design Manager, you''ll be working within the Design Management team, supporting them in delivering excellent design outcomes across all project phases.
