With several hundred homes still to come across the next phases, including a strong pipeline of traditional family housing, we''re looking for an experienced senior Design Manager or technical manager in Oxford to step into a lead role within the project team.This position will form part of a three-person senior delivery group, working closely with two Senior Managers to oversee day-to-day design coordination, technical progression, and consultant management across a broad and evolving scope of work.About the DevelopmentThe upcoming phases of the project include a varied collection of traditionally built homes, designed to create a balanced and attractive neighbourhood.
