Are you an experienced Design Management professional with a strong background in Facades? This is a great opportunity to work with one of London''s leading main contractors who specialise in new build, heavy and structural refurbishments, and fit out projects.This role will cover multiple projects at various stages (typically 4-5) working solely on façade packages for projects valued at circa £50M.The business are a highly respected main contractor with a strong reputation of delivering high quality projects across a variety of sectors for a host of renowned clients.Responsibilities
Lead design management on façade packages across multiple projects (typically 4-5 at a time) from early design through construction.Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, and contractors to ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are met;Collaborate with project teams to develop design solutions and resolve site issues.Requirements
Experience across all construction stagesExperience working with a developer, main contractor or consultancy.What''s on offer
