We are currently representing a tier 1 main contractor who are considered as one of the leading construction businesses across the UK. They currently have a requirement for an established Senior Design Manager to join the business and deliver one of their high-profile commercial projects in central London. The project is a -200m, high rise, new build commercial project which has recently been awarded, and the successful candidate will be expected to lead the project to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with an exceptional pipeline of work in London across a variety of sectors.

Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role

• Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor
• Experience working in the commercial sector
• Experience in project delivery
