This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Design Manager or a Design Manager looking to take a step up into a Senior role. This role is with one of the leading tier 1 main contractors in the UK who have a long history of successfully delivering projects in a wide variety of sectors while also being recognised for their excellent staff retention and staff development opportunities.

This role will act as the lead on a residential led mix-use scheme comprising of 85 units with additional leisure and commercial space, managing the project from the end of the PCSA stage to completion. The role will report to a Principal Design Manager and have the added responsibility of managing a Design Manager and Document Controller.

Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role

• Experience working in a Design or Technical Management role with a developer or main contractor
• Experience working in the residential sector
• Experience with new build schemes
