The Role

You''ll oversee the design phase of multiple water projects - ensuring innovative, technically sound, and cost-effective solutions are delivered to time and budget. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on driving quality, efficiency, and health andamp; safety throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead multidisciplinary design teams across multiple water projects

  Deliver solutions that are technically robust, buildable, and commercially smart

  Ensure designs meet stakeholder needs, programme expectations, and CDM/Handamp;S standards

  Support construction and commissioning phases with expert guidance

  Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

  Promote sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  
  



• 
  

  Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, and external partners

  
  

What You''ll Need

• 
  

  Degree-qualified in an engineering discipline

  
  



• 
  

  Chartered Engineer (or equivalent experience)

  
  



• 
  

  Extensive design management experience in a design andamp; build environment

  
  



• 
  

  Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  
  



• 
  

  Solid understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes (civil, process, MEICA)

  
  



• 
  

  Working knowledge of CDM regulations and construction safety
