Senior Design Manager

Berry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager for a leading construction business in Cornwall.

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the design process across a range of commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on care homes, hotels, and healthcare developments.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager
• Strong commercial construction background
• Experience delivering care home, hotel, and healthcare projects
• Excellent technical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work between office and project sites across Cornwall

Salary: -55,000 - -65,000 DOE + Package
