This role offers the opportunity to lead and support design delivery across an exciting long term education sector portfolio spanning Higher Education, High Schools, Academies and Primary Schools. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design process from early feasibility and planning stages through to on-site coordination and delivery, taking responsibility for a new build project c 25m in value. Duties and Responsibilities: While focusing primarily on early feasibility and procurement stages, the Senior Design Manager will oversee technical compliance and design management, monitoring on-site design coordination and managing the performance of external consultants on projects c 20m+ in value.
