This is a backfill position supporting key mobile app propositions, specifically within the Savings and Upcoming Payments customer journeys. This role is focused on understanding customer behaviour within a mobile banking app, identifying how customers engage with products and features, and translating those insights into recommendations that shape product and design decisions.
