This is a high-impact role focused on "clean-sheet" design work, developing brand-new products and innovative green energy solutions for new markets.   Your Role  You will be responsible for designing and packaging complex engine components from the ground up. This role involves taking ownership of challenging requirements within New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring all designs meet functional, durability, and manufacturing standards.
