Our client, a leading company in the energy and engineering sector, is currently seeking a Senior Design Engineer specialising in Overhead Lines to join their team on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Leading the design and development of overhead line projectsCreating detailed engineering designs and schematics for overhead linesConducting feasibility studies and technical assessmentsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are metProviding technical guidance and mentoring junior engineersEnsuring all designs adhere to industry standards and safety regulationsConducting site inspections and assessments as neededPreparing detailed reports and documentation

Job Requirements:Experience in overhead lines design within the energy or engineering sectorStrong knowledge in BAE-Electronics designProficiency in using design software and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesAbility to work both independently and within a teamExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalRelevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
