We are seeking an experienced Senior Design MRB Engineer to provide dedicated Night Shift engineering authority and coverage across all Material Review Board (MRB) design activities. In this critical, high-impact role, you will be the primary technical authority on shift - providing rapid engineering dispositions for manufacturing defects, approving structural concessions, and resolving complex shop-floor build issues in real time to keep production moving safely and without delay HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM: Ensure all structural and systems designs comply strictly with certification requirements, prepare engineering changes and modification proposals, and make key internal design decisions within standard company guidelines. Partner with in-house departments to resolve manufacturing issues, provide formal dispositions for defects/concessions, and advise on repairs for in-service aircraft and components.
