Senior Design Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer to join a growing engineering and technology business specialising in the design and development of electro-mechanical products for industrial applications.The organisation delivers innovative engineering solutions to customers globally and is continuing to expand its product portfolio, offering excellent long-term career development opportunities within a collaborative and technically focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electro-mechanical products using 3D CAD software.Produce detailed manufacturing drawings and engineering documentation.Carry out design verification through simulation and analysis tools.Build, test and refine prototypes through development and certification phases.Collaborate with technical, manufacturing and commercial teams across multiple international locations.Create and maintain installation, operation and maintenance documentation.Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.Support customer projects, including occasional site visits, technical reviews, commissioning activities and troubleshooting.Work closely with manufacturing facilities to support product introduction, assembly processes and testing procedures.About YouWe are seeking a hands-on and enthusiastic Design Engineer with experience developing electro-mechanical products.Experience within switchgear, power distribution, electrical equipment or industrial machinery would be highly advantageous, ..... full job details .....
