This role will focus on developing safe, compliant engineering design solutions, with particular emphasis on CE/UKCA marking, BS 8888 and relevant machinery safety legislation . Contract details Rate: Up to -47 per hour, outside IR35 Duration: 12 months Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday Security: Ideally hold current SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it Key Responsibilities Produce concept, scheme and detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings and assembly drawings using appropriate CAD software. Ensure drawings and design deliverables comply with BS 8888 and relevant engineering standards. Develop designs in line with CE/UKCA marking requirements, including applicable legislation and essential health and safety requirements.
