Known for innovation and high-quality manufacturing, the company continues to invest in product development and cutting-edge design solutions to stay ahead in a competitive global market.Your New RoleAs a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of new products, as well as the continuous improvement of existing machinery. Working closely with the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering engineered solutions within agreed timescales while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop new products and enhance existing machineryApply engineering best practices including QFD, FMEA, design for manufacture, prototyping, and testingEnsure all designs meet safety, performance, and reliability standardsManage engineering data in line with global standards and systemsIdentify cost reduction opportunities through design improvements and supplier collaborationInvestigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely mannerStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologiesWhat You''ll Need to SucceedDegree in Engineering (or equivalent experience), ideally with design experience in mobile or tracked equipmentStrong 3D CAD skills (CREO preferred) and experience with PDM systemsSolid understanding of mechanical and ..... full job details .....
