Operating on a global scale, this company designs and manufactures advanced capital equipment supplied to customers across a range of industrial sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, leading complex design projects, influencing new product development and mentoring junior engineers within a highly collaborative engineering team.Your New RoleAs Senior Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of innovative mechanical equipment, supporting projects from concept through to manufacture.Key responsibilities will include:Leading design and development activities for new and existing productsProducing detailed 3D models, assemblies and manufacturing drawingsManaging engineering projects through the full product lifecycleConducting design reviews, calculations and technical evaluationsWorking closely with manufacturing, procurement and quality teams to ensure successful project deliverySupporting continuous improvement initiatives and design optimisation activitiesProviding technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineersLiaising with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders on technical mattersEnsuring designs meet performance, safety and regulatory requirementsWhat ..... full job details .....
