Experience of designing special purpose machineryKnowledge of mechanical engineering, and experience producing designs for manufacture2D and 3D experience (AutoCAD, Solidworks etc)Understand basics of motor and gearbox power, material and equipment throughput ratesATEX or PED understanding would be useful but not essentialDesigning machinery for food or chemical process would be an advantage but not essentialThe Role
Evaluate and assess customer specifications / calculations and convert into machine for manufactureCollaborate and interact with technical sales engineersWorking on projects from concept to completionCreate manufacturing drawingsThe Client
