Senior Design Engineer CAD/PLM

On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a Senior Design Engineer - CAD/PLM (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based hybrid in Aldermaston. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer with a background in engineering design and CAD and/or PLM systems to join a specialist engineering environment on an initial 12-month contract. Working within the Facility Design Authority, you will support the management and delivery of engineering design information, with a particular focus on CAD, PLM and configuration-controlled engineering processes. The role will support the transition to a new PLM environment and contribute to the safe and compliant delivery of engineering design solutions within a highly regulated environment. As a Senior Design Engineer - CAD/PLM, your main responsibilities will be to:. Develop and manage design information using CAD and PLM systems.. Ensure designs comply with relevant legislation, engineering standards, specifications and organisational requirements..
