Job Description: Senior Design Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time



Summary:

We are working with a leading design consultancy with a focus on creating innovative, high-impact projects. We''re seeking a Senior Design Architect to join their award-winning team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design of mixed-use, luxury residential, and hospitality projects, specifically in the UAE.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the architectural design process from pre-concept to concept design and through to detailed design stages.
  • Spearhead the design and development of mixed-use, luxury residential, and hospitality projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations in the UAE and KSA.


Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-end projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in pre-concept and concept design within the Gulf region (UAE and KSA is essential).
  • Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is a must.
  • Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of relevant projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
