The successful candidate will have a background running a fresh food high end gastro/food pub or restaurant operation. In the role as Senior Deputy Manager you will ensure that the highest standards of customer service are maintained in each site whilst being happy to get stuck in and be hands-on driving sales and ensuring that food and drinks are presented to the highest standard. We are looking for someone who is a real ''mine host'', who loves being behind the bar chatting to customers from all walks of life and being part of the community.
