Senior Demand Lead

ROLE OVERVIEW Are you a seasoned Demand Planning professional looking to make a significant impact within a leading pharmaceutical organisation? This role as a Senior Demand Lead offers a unique chance to drive demand planning activities across complex product portfolios, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment across Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales and Operations Planning (SandOP) processes. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your duties as the Senior Demand Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. Lead demand planning and forecasting activities across pharmaceutical product portfolios. 2. Drive and optimise the IBP and SandOP cycles, ensuring forecast accuracy and business alignment. 3. Develop and maintain both short- and long-term demand forecasts for vaccine and/or biologic portfolios. 4. Partner with commercial, supply chain, finance, and franchise teams to ensure robust demand planning processes.
