You will manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring delivery against SOW commitments while maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants and internal teams Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Delivery Manager: Lead complex ServiceNow engagements from initiation through to successful delivery Manage delivery against agreed SOW, budget, milestones and customer outcomes Establish governance, manage risks and issues and drive effective decision making Oversee resource planning and scheduling across multiple client engagements Act as a key customer contact for delivery, resourcing, scheduling and commercial queries Monitor engagement health, consultant performance, utilisation and financial performance Identify scope changes and support Change Order processes where required Work with delivery, practice, finance and commercial teams across the engagement portfolio Essential Skills and ..... full job details .....
