Overview We are seeking a collaborative and empathetic Senior Delivery Manager to support the delivery of AI and automation products for one of our public sector clients. Acting as a servant leader, you will help nurture a culture of learning, transparency and trust - guiding blended "Rainbow Teams" of supplier experts and civil servants, and building sustainable capability within the client''s teams. This is a hands-on delivery role within a structured and governed environment, where team health, transparency and outcome focus are central to how we work. Key Responsibilities Support the effective delivery of complex AI and automation solutions by creating the right environment for the team to succeed.
