Senior Delivery Manager - Digital Services andamp; Technology Contract: Up to six monthsLocation: South West, primarily remote with only one day per month onsiteIR35: Inside IR35Clearance: Existing SC clearance is desirable. Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance and have achieved BPSS. Exalto Consulting is supporting a UK-based organisation in the search for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital products and services. This is a senior delivery role with responsibility for multiple concurrent projects. You will work across delivery teams, programmes and technology leadership, providing clear oversight, resolving organisational blockers and ensuring delivery remains aligned with wider business priorities. The role You will: Lead and support multiple multidisciplinary agile delivery teams. Coach and mentor delivery managers and junior members of the delivery community. Develop and maintain delivery plans, progress reporting and meaningful delivery metrics. Identify and remove risks, blockers and organisational impediments. Work closely with product, technical and user-centred design colleagues. Communicate delivery progress, challenges and priorities to senior stakeholders. Conduct internal digital governance assessments aligned with GDS service standards. Coach teams in agile, lean and product delivery practices.
