The role seeks an inspired agile software, digital or IT delivery owner capable of ensuring we provide dazzling software and solutions across a wide range of technologies and platforms. You’ll work with a Solution Architect to handle technical requirements on each project, supported by front- and back-end developers and overseen by Technical Directors and Commercial Managers. All backgrounds will be considered; experience is most important, including project managers with transferable skills for delivering business transformation, Dynamics 365 delivery, and bespoke development using a mature blend of agile and waterfall approaches. Ability to guide clients through an Agile Scrum delivery and manage Scrum ceremonies is essential.Required Experience

Meeting customers, listening carefully and understanding their businessCreating and maintaining the environment in which the project will succeedWorking with on/off-shore development/implementation teamsEstablishing and operating governance structures within projects to ensure effective decision making and robust assuranceManaging project cost base and time trackingIdentifying and delivering change control and project upsellTranslating detailed requirements and designs into an implementable planManaging an agile development process, including planning sessions, scrums and show and tell, working alongside delivery managersReporting project status to the operations board and the client, effectively managing stakeholder expectationsSoftware, Digital or IT Project Management using a structured Agile approachExcellent written and presentation skills, the ability to think on feet and make decisionsOther tasks as reasonably requestedSenior Delivery Manager: 5+ Years delivery management experienceDelivery Manager: 2-5 Years delivery management experienceWork Style and Fit
