Senior Delivery Lead Location: Telford (Hybrid - ideally 2 days per week onsite, minimum 1 day per week) Rate: 550 per day (Inside IR35) Contract Length: 6 Months Clearance: BPSS Required (SC Desirable) Start Date: ASAPOur Government Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead (SFIA Level 5) to support a large-scale Agile software engineering programme.This role is ideal for a delivery professional with a strong background in leading complex software development initiatives, managing multiple Agile teams, and driving successful delivery outcomes within fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery across Agile software engineering teams.Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Manage RAID logs, governance activities, and stakeholder reporting.Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.Build strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, and programme leadership.Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience operating at SFIA Level 5 as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar.Strong track record delivering Agile software engineering projects and programmes.Experience managing multiple Agile teams and concurrent delivery workstreams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.Demonstrable ..... full job details .....
