Gear4music is one of the UK''s leading retailers of musical instruments and equipment, and we''re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Delivery and Installation Specialist to join our new in-house delivery team.About the RoleThis is not a standard delivery role. You''ll be responsible for the delivery, installation, and basic setup of high-value musical instruments, including pianos, directly into customers'' homes across the UK.As a senior member of the team, you will work with the wider business to ensure every delivery meets our high standards of service, care, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver, install, and set up large musical instruments (including pianos) in customer homesLead by example, supporting and guiding other drivers on best practiceProvide an exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer experienceSafely handle, position, and assemble equipment where requiredFollow delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timelinessWork closely with Customer Services to deliver a seamless in-house serviceEnsure compliance with driving regulations, including tachograph usageSupport training and onboarding of new team membersYour Skills and Experience: What we''re looking for Full, clean UK driving licence with C1 entitlement (7.5T required)Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)D4 medical (or willingness to obtain) if requiredExperience using tachographs and driving 7.5T vehiclesPhysically fit and comfortable with heavy ..... full job details .....
