Senior Data Scientist - MMM £70,000-£90,000 + BonusFully Remote (UK) I''m hiring a Senior Data Scientist - Marketing for a fast-growing B-Corp marketplace operating across 60+ countries, helping thousands of people discover and book unique travel experiences while supporting local businesses. This isn''t a generic marketing analytics role. They''re looking for someone who is genuinely AI-native, highly commercial, and deeply experienced in marketing measurement, experimentation, incrementality, and modelling. You''ll be responsible for helping answer one of the most important questions in any digital business: What marketing activity is actually driving growth, and where should the next pound be invested? The role You''ll report into the Head of Data and work closely with the Performance Marketing team, owning the business''s marketing measurement and modelling capability. This role sits at the intersection of: Marketing Science Data Science Experimentation Causal Inference Budget Optimisation AI-enabled analytics You''ll be trusted to challenge conventional thinking, validate what''s truly driving growth, and influence where significant marketing budgets are invested.
